Transition Services Specialist
About The Position
As a Transition Services Specialist, no two days will look exactly alike. Depending on the project, you may pack, unpack, sort, organize, and carefully handle household belongings. You will help clients prepare for downsizing or relocation, assist with moves and resettling clients into their new homes, and stage, organize, and support estate sales. Other duties include photographing, inventorying, and preparing items for online auctions, sorting belongings for sale, donation, recycling, distribution to family, or disposal, and assisting with home cleanouts. You will also organize workspaces and project areas to keep jobs moving efficiently, communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and families, identify problems and help the team find solutions, and work collaboratively to complete projects safely, efficiently, and with exceptional attention to detail. At Caring Transitions, we help individuals and families navigate some of life’s biggest changes. That may mean downsizing a longtime home, preparing for a move, organizing belongings, managing an estate sale, coordinating a cleanout, or helping someone settle comfortably into a new space. For our clients, these aren’t simply projects. They are personal transitions, often involving decades of memories and sometimes a great deal of emotion.

Benefits
