About The Position

The Coordinator / Recruiter plays a key role in supporting the full recruiting lifecycle across a high-volume, fast-paced environment. This position is responsible for posting and managing job requisitions, sourcing and screening candidates, conducting preliminary interviews, and maintaining strong communication with hiring managers to ensure alignment throughout the recruitment process. This role provides essential administrative, reporting, and coordination support to the Transition and Onboarding teams, ensuring an efficient and organized hiring experience for both candidates and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate is proactive, highly organized, and comfortable collaborating across multiple time zones. This is a temporary four-month position running from September - January.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruitment, HR coordination, or talent acquisition support required
  • Bilingual: Spanish preferred
  • Strong communication and relationship‑building skills, especially when partnering with hiring managers.
  • Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving, high‑volume environment.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Comfortable working across multiple time zones and supporting geographically dispersed teams.
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and drive tasks forward independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with candidate screening, interviewing, or recruitment coordination preferred.
  • experience with HRIS/ATS systems (e.g., UKG, Workday, iCIMS) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage job postings across internal systems and external platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
  • Source candidates and maintain organized and active talent pipelines.
  • Conduct initial candidate screenings and preliminary interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
  • Maintain consistent and effective communication with hiring managers, providing updates, scheduling support, and ensuring clarity on hiring needs.
  • Coordinate with the Transition / Onboarding team to ensure a smooth handoff and candidate experience.
  • Track applicant activity and maintain accurate records in UKG.
  • Support various administrative tasks to strengthen the overall recruiting process and team efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
