The Transition Manager assists the store manager in areas of sales, appearance, and overall operations of the store. This is a hands-on store management position designed to prepare the individual for a transition into another management role or store location. The role involves supervising professional and retail operations, managing team members, and supporting the store manager in various operational aspects including recruiting, training, safety compliance, sales calls, store accounting, cash management, and vehicle maintenance. The Transition Manager is also responsible for monitoring profitability, customer returns, price adjustments, and team member productivity.
