SecureSpace Management•Redondo Beach, CA

About The Position

SecureSpace Management LLC is seeking a resourceful, results-driven Transition Manager to lead operational onboarding for new acquisitions and ground-up developments. This high-impact, detail-intensive role combines hands-on field operations and project management. The manager conducts site assessments across multiple states while maintaining structured project plans and driving cross-functional accountability, often while traveling and with limited supervision. Projects are complex and concurrent, requiring organized, systems-minded work, thorough documentation, sound judgment, and independent execution from initial planning through handoff to Store Operations. Company-specific systems and processes training is provided; candidates are expected to bring proven project management skills and work within established policies and standards. The role partners with teams across Acquisitions, Development, Facilities, IT, Accounting, HR, Marketing, and Store Operations, as well as vendors and other external partners. It coordinates property-management systems, access control, network infrastructure, utilities, and vendors; verifies that systems meet standards; and maintains accurate compliance, project, and handoff documentation. The manager also identifies improvements to transition workflows, develops scalable procedures and tools, and leads operational handoffs and training. The position requires frequent travel across multiple states, estimated at approximately 50% of the year, including overnight and occasional short-notice travel. Work combines project management and office responsibilities with field inspections and hands-on operational assessments. Extended hours or occasional weekends may be required based on business needs.
