The Transformation Strategy Lead is a key leadership role responsible for driving operational transformation across Group Benefits. This role focuses on assessing and improving end-to-end processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and advancing modernization through process redesign, automation, and AI enablement. This individual will leverage our customer journeys to assess current workflows, identify opportunities to optimize the way we work in support of our customers, and lead the design and execution of transformational changes across the Group Business.
