About The Position

Our client is building AI-powered customer service infrastructure for the home services industry, helping contractors automate front-office operations through AI voice agents and workflow systems. Their platform is already being deployed across hundreds of contractor locations and PE-backed home services roll-ups, enabling businesses to scale operations, improve scheduling efficiency, and increase technician utilization through AI-driven customer engagement. Backed by Khosla Ventures and YC with $25M+ raised, the company has achieved millions in ARR within its first year and is rapidly scaling enterprise deployments across multi-location operator networks. Requirements

  • 3–5 years of tech implementation consulting experience
  • Experience at Deloitte, Accenture, KPMG, or similar consulting firms
  • Strong enterprise technology implementation experience
  • Experience managing complex client-facing deployments
  • Strong executive communication skills
  • Program and project management experience
  • Experience presenting to senior stakeholders or executives
  • Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives
  • Strong operational and organizational skills
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments

Responsibilities

  • Own executive-level customer relationships across PE-backed portfolio companies
  • Lead AI platform deployment and transformation initiatives
  • Manage complex multi-stakeholder technology rollouts
  • Drive implementation strategy across 10–100+ customer locations
  • Build and refine deployment playbooks for enterprise AI adoption
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, and customer success
  • Deliver executive-facing status updates, ROI reviews, and strategic recommendations
  • Lead customer onboarding and expansion initiatives
  • Create training materials, best practices, and enablement frameworks
  • Partner closely with engineering to translate customer feedback into product improvements
  • Influence the product roadmap through customer insights
  • Support AI adoption initiatives across enterprise organizations
  • Operate in highly customer-facing environments with executive stakeholders
  • Drive proactive customer engagement and operational scaling initiatives
  • Work directly with leadership in a fast-moving startup environment
  • Help define the AI transformation function as the company scales
