About The Position

The Enterprise Transformation Office (ETO) is a dedicated business acceleration team within Vanguard’s Enterprise Strategy and Transformation division. The ETO partners with finance to set and uphold standards for rigor in execution plans for Vanguard’s re-investment portfolio. They embed teams within large enterprise-wide initiatives to provide integration and management support, and they run the execution cadence of the enterprise management system to drive pace, accountability, and capital resource allocation. This role offers an opportunity to operate at the center of enterprise change, helping shape how the firm delivers its most important initiatives. Transformation Specialists gain exposure to senior leadership, work across divisions, and directly influence how strategy translates into measurable outcomes.

Requirements

Minimum of five years related work experience.
Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.

Nice To Haves

Two years of managing a project preferred.
Financial Services and function-specific experience preferred.
Graduate degree preferred.

Responsibilities
