Spacelabs is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a dual-capacity role that supports efforts in the Transformation organization and provides light level executive support to the company president. This position combines the responsibilities of a Project Manager (70% approximately) and Executive support (30% approximately). The right candidate spends ~70% of their time engaged in Transformation Program support that entails project management of defined transformation programs, and preparation of Company, Board, & Executive communication materials. The candidate also provides executive support to the company president in the areas of scheduling, travel, sitewide event coordination, and leading the Employee Engagement Committee for ~30% of their time. The ideal candidate has strong curiosity, drive, and problem-solving experience. Executive support duties will include account tracking, event planning, and handling highly confidential information. Strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and sound judgement are essential. The candidate will work on diverse problems requiring investigation, solutioning, and the ability to exercise discretion in a fast-paced environment. Strong candidates have intermediate project management experience, with good communication and coordination skills to work cross-functionally across the company. This position is 100% onsite in Snoqualmie, Washington.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Quality Assurance, or related field and two (2) years of experience; or an advanced degree without experience.

  • May travel internationally depending on specific assignments and must be able to acquire all necessary travel documents.
  • Must be able to complete job responsibilities working with global time zone needs such as attending late night/early morning meetings by phone and/or web to meet global business needs.

Responsibilities

  • Support, planning, and execution of assigned projects & efforts across global operations.
  • Scope of efforts cross all operational areas and functions (Engineering, Manufacturing, HR, Sales & Service, Quality, etc.)
  • Facilitating and coordinating multiple standard reporting cadences including company level monthly metrics, company level results reporting, and coordination of bi-annual off-site presentations.
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Committees, support employee communications, and event management for on-site and off-site employee events. (Town Halls, Internal Product Fairs / World Quality Week, etc.)
  • Awareness of key individuals, departments, and office locations to provide support for employees and customers.
  • Interact with global offices, OSI Corporate office, community organizations, and external customers.
  • Provide administrative support to the President which includes but is not limited to: scheduling/ calendar support, preparing presentations, support of travel needs like visa applications.
  • Provide logistic support for VIP customer visits as needed.
  • Ability to work with, recognize, and manage confidential information.
