About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of technology transformation initiatives across the organization. Reporting to the Program Manager, Technology Transformation, this role is responsible for the day-to-day planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned technology projects in alignment with organizational priorities. The ideal candidate brings hands-on project management experience, strong cross-functional collaboration skills, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work closely with the Program Manager and key stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in technology implementation or IT services environments.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
  • Experience working within program and portfolio management frameworks.
  • Experience collaborating with offshore teams to ensure seamless project execution, clear communication, and on-time delivery of milestones.

Nice To Haves

  • PMP certification desired or actively working toward certification.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and work breakdown structures for assigned technology projects.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities including task tracking, milestone management, and issue resolution.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, escalating to the Program Manager as needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and business units to ensure alignment on project objectives and timelines.
  • Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and action items, and ensure follow-through.
  • Provide regular project status updates to the Program Manager and relevant stakeholders.
  • Identify, document, and manage project risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner to the Program Manager with recommended solutions.
  • Maintain a risk register and ensure mitigation plans are in place and tracked.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, status reports, meeting notes, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure project artifacts are organized, up-to-date, and accessible within established program management tools.
  • Adhere to project management standards, tools, and methodologies as defined by the Program Manager.
  • Contribute to the improvement of project management processes, templates, and best practices.
  • Participate in post-project reviews and apply lessons learned to future initiatives.
  • The performance of additional responsibilities if you are designated as a Data Protection Champion (DPC), Senior Information Risk Owner (SIRO) or Information Assurance Accounting Officer (IAAO).
