About The Position

The Transformation Manager connects globally driven transformation with successful regional execution. The role combines responsibility for one or more assigned enterprise transformations with a regional anchor, ensuring broader transformation requirements are incorporated into source plans and that change is implemented coherently, practically and sustainably across the region. The role provides an integrated view of regional transformation, supports consistent implementation across markets, and gives the Regional Senior Leadership Team visibility into priorities, dependencies, risks, decisions, capacity and readiness. Reporting to the Head of Business Transformation, the Transformation Manager partners with enterprise program managers and regional leaders to integrate transformation plans, manage the regional portfolio and governance, coordinate activation and adoption, and support value realization and transition into business as usual. The role also collaborates across regions to address shared dependencies and circulate effective practices and lessons.

  • Strong facilitation, communication, governance and executive-reporting skills, including the ability to simplify complex issues and present clear trade-offs.
  • Comfort operating in ambiguity and using modern collaboration, portfolio and AI-enabled tools to improve execution.
  • Strategic and enterprise transformation thinking.

  • Connect Regional SLTs or delivery teams when priorities, capacity or sequencing cross regional boundaries.
  • Reuse effective practices and feed regional insights, lessons and issues into enterprise decisions.
