About The Position

The Transfer Agency Representative - Alternatives is an entry-level position working under direct supervision. The role assists senior team members in processing investor transactions, including commitments, capital calls, distributions, transfers, and redemptions. The Alternatives Transfer Agency department manages overall Alternatives Transfer Agency activity, with a focus on completing client deliverables accurately and on time in accordance with fund prospectuses and agreed operating procedures. The representative is responsible for accurately and promptly preparing assigned deliverables for the least complex clients or tasks within the team structure. The work is performed under the supervision of the ALTS TA supervisor and/or team leader. The role also supports client service, team relationships, compliance, problem escalation, and improvements to internal processes.

Requirements

Associate degree or higher.
Fluency in English is mandatory.
Excellent communication skills.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
Aptitude for numbers, accuracy, and organization.
Ability to work accurately and quickly under pressure.

Responsibilities

Provide support to the team in establishing solid client contact through prompt follow-up.
Interact and establish solid relationships within the transfer agency team.
