The role also involves supporting training for new hires, identifying and reporting unusual transaction activity, and performing duties of Associates, potentially providing back-up management support. Compliance support for Institutional TA and contributions to projects in a fast-paced environment are expected. Tasks related to regulatory and tax requirements, including tax form production, AML investor authorization services, Rule 22c-2 services, legal review, and audit request fulfillment, are also part of the role. Other duties as assigned.
