About The Position

The Transactions Services Senior Analyst is an intermediate-level position providing analytical and administrative support to securities-related functions in coordination with the Transaction Capture team. The role supports traders, maintains position records, and works to improve process efficiency. It supports Treasury and Trade Services and other functions, including Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, and Foreign Exchange.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in a related role.
• Effective people management, leadership, and development skills.
• Demonstrated ability to conduct stakeholder management activities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and intermediate problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s/university degree or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Treasury and Trade Services, Securities, Cash, Trade, Lockbox, Derivatives, Fund Services, Foreign Exchange, and related areas.
• Open and amend Letters of Credit, process payments, and resolve customer issues to support efficient daily operations.
• Provide feedback on project-related activities and informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members.
• Oversee responses to requests and deliverables involving internal and external clients and vendors.
• Apply knowledge of how the team coordinates with its subfunction and contributes to overall business objectives.
• Contribute to developing new techniques and processes for the area or function.
• Evaluate moderately complex and variable issues with substantial potential impact.
• Lead ad hoc projects as required.
• Assess risk when making business decisions, protect the firm's reputation and assets, comply with applicable laws, rules, regulations, and policies, exercise sound ethical judgment, and transparently escalate, manage, and report control issues.
