This role involves assisting with the implementation of portfolio plans, collaborating with brokerage professionals on negotiations, managing documentation and client communications, reviewing financial analysis, overseeing revenue tracking, maintaining transaction databases, ensuring accuracy of reports, presenting transaction activity, leading client meetings, and providing suggestions for process improvements. The specialist may also provide supervision for transactional team members. The role also includes developing standard forms and procedures, implementing standardized processes for efficiency, measuring transactional performance, and ensuring all client and broker engagement documentation is executed. Transaction management duties include coordinating field broker selection, determining client needs, coordinating negotiations, coordinating legal review of documents, ensuring accuracy of financial data, resolving disputes, coordinating site visits, ensuring compliance with state real estate standards, and managing client rebate accounts. Strategic planning involves assisting in the development of real estate plans, identifying occupancy cost opportunities, ensuring strategy implementation, supporting business case development, and executing strategies through action plans.
