About The Position

Financial Services organization is seeking a consultant to help with Reviewing Transactions and Disbursements. This team is currently overworked and the disbursements team really needs additional support. The role involves reviewing transactions, including reporting review, checks, EFT, ACH, and wires. Responsibilities include looking for signatures, verifying how documents were filled out, checking for bad bank information, preparing reports, and reviewing payments before they are disbursed by the treasury department. The role requires attention to detail, computer savviness, proficiency in Excel, and the ability to meet tight deadlines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2+ years of experience.
• Strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in an office environment on a computer with deadlines.
• Customer Service skills.
• Computer savvy.
• Proficiency in Excel.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in financial services.
• Experience in restaurant or retail bank locations.

Responsibilities
