About The Position

Menlo Group is a full-service commercial real estate and business brokerage firm serving industrial, professional, medical, dental, and general business markets across the Phoenix Metro area. We are looking for a proactive, sharp-thinking Transaction Manager to support the daily operations of our Business Brokerage and Dental Transitions teams. To thrive in this role, you must be highly organized, fast-learning, and able to manage a high volume of moving information with accuracy and urgency. We are far less concerned with traditional experience and more interested in someone who can think ahead, solve problems, communicate clearly, and move with speed and intention. Requirements

  • Strong learning ability — quick to absorb new systems, concepts, and processes
  • Excellent organization, task-tracking, and follow-through
  • Ability to work with urgency, prioritize effectively, and manage many details simultaneously
  • Proactive problem solver with strong judgment and ownership of work
  • Microsoft Office proficiency required
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Nice To Haves

  • Canva + CRM experience preferred, or willingness/capability to learn quickly
  • Leadership or role-based responsibility a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, but strong capability matters most.

Responsibilities

  • Support our Transaction Management leadership and work closely with our team of business advisors
  • Manage day-to-day operational flow including client communication, scheduling, and CRM tracking
  • Oversee active listings and transactions during prospecting, onboarding, and early-stage buyer activity
  • Prepare, revise, and send documents such as Listing Agreements, prospectuses, and disclosures for approval and signature
  • Track all key deadlines, follow-ups, and deliverables so deals continue moving forward
  • Communicate directly with clients and handle tasks independently whenever possible
  • Coordinate photography, listing packages/prospectus preparation, and marketing materials
  • Maintain up-to-date listing information across marketing and brokerage platforms
  • Perform buyer/seller research and support advisors with deal-related information gathering
