At Bank of America, this role supports moderately complex transaction and fulfillment processing, including the movement of assets into and out of accounts. It provides reconciliation, settlement, trade and transfer support, and quality operations service to internal business partners and external clients in accordance with established guidelines and procedures. The work may involve medium to high levels of monetary risk, and the analyst may assist in training less experienced team members. Within Collateral Monitoring, the team reviews collateral or transaction requests for accuracy and available collateral, then manages execution or return of the transaction to ensure client assets are handled correctly. The analyst processes collateral and brokerage transactions, evaluates client requests, resolves exceptions, identifies and escalates risk, and performs post-processing quality reviews. The position also requires understanding end-to-end process flows, controls, risks, and upstream and downstream impacts. Bank of America describes its approach as committed to an in-office culture, with flexibility based on role responsibilities and business needs. Internal employees currently working from home may apply, but selected candidates may be required to work onsite under the workplace excellence policy.
