Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Prior experience in senior living operations, preferably in scheduling.
- Familiarity with healthcare industry regulations and compliance standards related to staffing and scheduling.
- Proven success in a multi-client facing role.
- Applicants may be subject to a background check.
- Employees in this position must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position.
Nice To Haves
- Experience working with scheduling software or labor management systems is highly desirable.
- Prior start-up experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Enhance the productivity and development of our clients by designing, developing, delivering, and assessing training and development programs related to our scheduling and labor management software.
- Assess client training needs and facilitate trainings to ensure clients can effectively use our workforce technology platforms, to positively impact labor expense.
- Provide ongoing client training and support.
