About The Position

Unleashed Brands is seeking an organized, energetic, and detail-oriented Training Support Specialist to join our growing Guest Loyalty Team (GLT) Contact Center . In this support role, you’ll help ensure our training programs run smoothly—handling logistics, prepping materials, tracking progress, and assisting in the delivery and development of training sessions for our contact center agents. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to keep things moving, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in accuracy, communication, and teamwork. You’ll also play a key role in helping the Training Team develop content that aligns with adult learning principles and promotes engagement, retention, and performance.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an administrative, support, or coordination role (preferably in a call center, training, or customer service setting)
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Experience or familiarity with applying adult learning theory in a training environment preferred
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel) and basic LMS platforms
  • Professional communication skills and a customer-service mindset
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate professionalism with new hires and leadership
  • Experience with scheduling, project coordination, or document formatting a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred

Responsibilities

  • Set up and support training sessions (both in-person and virtual), including preparing slide decks, roleplay tools, and learning materials
  • Assist in developing training content that is engaging, effective, and rooted in adult learning principles
  • Manage training calendars, track attendance, and maintain accurate training records
  • Monitor new hire and ongoing training progress, flagging issues or trends to the trainer and training manager
  • Support the facilitation of roleplays and practice calls by acting as a mock customer or evaluator when needed
  • Help update and maintain training content, including presentation decks, SOPs, and LMS modules
  • Collaborate with trainers, team leads, and QA to ensure seamless transitions from training to production
  • Help manage the Learning Management System (LMS) to enroll users, assign courses, and report on completion rates
  • Provide general administrative support to the Training Team
