About The Position

CGI Federal, Inc. is seeking Training Administrative Support Specialists to support our DOJ client. The hourly non-negotiable rate is $39.97 hr. This position is located in 5107 Leesburg Pike, Falls Church, VA 22041. The contractor will provide both administrative and training facilitation support, including:

Requirements

Previous training or instructional education experience
1-3 years of experience in correspondence or related field
Ability to successfully complete a CGI Background Investigation to include; 50 State Criminal, Education, Employment, Credit and Driving Records Checks
Ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Justice Modified Risk Public Trust waiver
Strong personal computer skills to include proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing
Ability to perform as a member of a team
High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Coordinating and scheduling training sessions
Managing participant rosters and attendance
Preparing and distributing training materials
Supporting onboarding logistics (room setup, equipment, materials)
Tracking training completion and maintaining documentation
Assisting with reporting requirements
Managing training-related technology platforms
Conducting assessments, quizzes, or skill evaluations for trainees
Communicating with managers about training progress or issues
Facilitating training sessions as needed, including on-site support during training days
