The Training Support Specialist plays a key role in supporting the Training and Media Services team through a wide range of administrative, operational, and office management tasks. This position is responsible for accurately printing and shipping badges for RailPros online training courses, fulfilling physical product orders, and supporting daily training operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. In addition, this role provides office management support by helping maintain an organized, functional workspace, coordinating supplies and resources, and supporting general office operations. Responsibilities also include managing incoming and outgoing mail and providing administrative support across the team. This role is essential in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting instructors and internal teams, and delivering a high level of service to both clients and partners.
