About The Position

The Training Supervisor leads the design, coordination, and evaluation of learning programs aligned with business objectives and measurable performance improvement. The role oversees training operations to build workforce capability, support compliance, and improve operational efficiency. It develops and refines curricula, including Training Within Industry (TWI) materials and job aids, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen training effectiveness. The supervisor manages training schedules and databases and supports the growth and development of the training team to deliver consistent, high-impact learning across the organization.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or relevant equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.
5–7 years of experience in training leadership or a related role.
Strong communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Project management knowledge.

Responsibilities

Establish on-site training leadership to strengthen local ownership, provide clear direction, and elevate team performance.
Develop and implement standardized guidelines for Training Within Industry (TWI) documentation and training practices.
Coordinate training schedules, maintain training databases, and ensure accurate, up-to-date training records.
Create and enhance job aids and TWI materials to improve training consistency and effectiveness.
Lead, develop, and motivate the training team within a global, multicultural environment.
Partner with stakeholders at all levels to drive alignment and results.
Manage multiple priorities and training initiatives using project management skills.
