At May Institute, our employees support children and adults with autism, brain injury, developmental disabilities, and other neurobehavioral disorders across schools, homes, residential programs, day habilitation programs, and community-based services throughout Massachusetts. We’re looking for an engaging, energetic, and mission-driven trainer who is passionate about teaching others, building confidence, and helping new employees feel prepared to make a real impact from day one. In this role, you’ll lead New Hire Orientation, Safety-Care, and CPR/First Aid trainings for employees across the organization — from Direct Support Professionals and Teachers to Nurses, Clinicians, and Directors. Your classroom will be filled with people preparing to support individuals across all stages of life, from young children to older adults. This is more than training. It’s preparing people for meaningful, life-changing work. Before they step into those roles, they start with you.
