About The Position
The Training Specialist develops training courses and instructional materials and conducts formal training for personnel in classroom and instructional environments.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university with a minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience.
- IAT-2 certification required.
- Active Secret clearance required.
Responsibilities
- Develops and revises these courses and prepares appropriate training catalogs.
- Prepares instructor materials (course outline, background material, and training aids).
- Prepares student materials (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).
- Trains personnel by conducting formal classroom courses, workshops and seminars.
- May provide training on Internet Protocol version 6 (IPv6).
