About The Position

This position serves as a member of the Statewide Payroll Training team and provides a wide variety of training, development, and consultative services to state agencies, state employees, and other audiences in relation to payroll and human resources for the State of Alaska. The Division of Finance provides the highest quality accounting, payroll and travel services for the State of Alaska.   • Equivalent to those typically gained by: Training or education in training and development, human resources, education, instructional design, business administration, social sciences, or a related field; AND/OR Progressively responsible professional experience in developing, delivering, revising, assessing, and/or evaluating training needs and effectiveness; or human resources.
