About The Position

Independence Title in the San Antonio Area, Texas, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking a Training Specialist – Real Estate Education & Technology to develop and deliver continuing education courses and small group/individual consultations for real estate professionals, with a focus on social media and emerging technology, including AI. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations, and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
Knowledge of real estate and title insurance
Strong understanding of social media and technology (including AI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Reliable transportation required

Responsibilities

Research and apply high-quality source material to create relevant course content
Develop engaging presentations using PowerPoint and Canva
Regularly update course materials to reflect current trends and best practices
Teach classes/deliver content in large group, small group, and one-on-one settings consistently each week
Collaborate with sales and education teams to support company growth
Local travel required and may be asked to travel outside of local area for meetings or events
