The Training Specialist, Inflight Service YUL will be responsible for facilitating Inflight Service (IFS) training sessions that meet all regulatory standards and requirements. This role involves coordinating various training programs for the Rouge Crew, including initial training, First Aid, Annual Recurrent, and Service training. The specialist will act as a liaison between Air Canada Rouge and external training service providers, participate in training delivery audits, and complete instructor evaluations. Additionally, the role requires meticulous attention to detail in completing all paperwork and administrative duties, managing print materials for training courses and publications, and participating in or delivering Train the Trainer programs. The specialist will also conduct measurements and evaluations of training effectiveness, coach and mentor Training Special Assignments, and review/provide feedback on existing programs. Other duties include conducting Flight Attendant recruitment as needed and assuming responsibilities delegated by the Manager, Training – Cabin crew. Maintaining safety as a top priority and completing/maintaining Flight Attendant qualifications are also key aspects of this position. Business travel may be required, and the ability to support operations 24/7 is necessary.
