Inflight Crewmembers are the ambassadors of the JetBlue Experience, delivering high-quality care and service to Customers in-flight. They are responsible for both Safety and Service in the aircraft cabin, ensuring that every Customer’s comfort and satisfaction remain the top priority throughout their journey. Inflight Crewmembers function effectively in a fast-paced, multi-tasking work environment, oftentimes during non-traditional working hours. In times of irregular operations, they are the key ingredient in maintaining a positive Customer experience, offering reassurance, empathy, and exceptional service when it matters most. As visible representatives of JetBlue and our brand, Inflight Crewmembers embody our values of Safety, Caring, Integrity, Passion, and Fun, while serving as effective communicators who thrive in an ever-changing environment. This position may be located in any of JetBlue’s bases (BOS, FLL, JFK, LAX, MCO, SJU). IMPORTANT: Inflight crewmember schedules and bases are assigned by operational need and in seniority order. Applicants should expect to work non-traditional hours, including early mornings, late evening, and overnight, work on weekends and holidays, and have a “reserve” schedule, which means they await an open position and are assigned with very short notice.
