About The Position

ATTC Manufacturing is seeking an organized, energetic, and people-focused Training Generalist to support employee training and development initiatives while assisting with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, facilitating training, creating engaging learning experiences, and supporting a manufacturing environment. The Training Generalist will work closely with leaders and team members to identify training needs, coordinate development programs, maintain compliance records, and promote workplace safety.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in Education, Communications, Human Resources, Training & Development, or a related field.
  • Experience in training, coaching, teaching, onboarding, or employee development.
  • Experience with safety, compliance, or EHS programs.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with supervisors and managers to identify training needs across the organization.
  • Coordinate and facilitate new hire orientation and onboarding programs.
  • Deliver training sessions for employees on policies, procedures, safety requirements, and operational processes.
  • Assist with developing and updating training materials, presentations, guides, and learning resources.
  • Track employee training progress and maintain training records.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Support leadership development and employee growth initiatives.
  • Coordinate training activities based on production and operational needs.
  • Conduct floor audits to ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards.
  • Perform monthly environmental audits.
  • Assist with developing and maintaining Lockout/Tagout procedures.
  • Maintain Environmental, Health, and Safety records and documentation.
  • Administer safety shoe and prescription safety glasses programs.
  • Schedule annual employee hearing tests.
  • Coordinate workers' compensation appointments and related documentation.
  • Support EHS initiatives and special projects as assigned.
