About The Position

The Safety & Training Coordinator is responsible for taking the lead in safety-related activities, including audits, inspections, and incident investigations, while supporting training initiatives. This role ensures compliance with regulatory standards and company policies, promotes a safe work environment, and collaborates with the Training & Safety Manager to align safety programs with operational goals.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• 3+ years of experience in warehouse safety and compliance roles
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
• Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety audit processes
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to lead investigations and implement corrective actions
• Must be able to work in varying weather conditions and changing temperatures

• Associate degree or higher preferred
