DJJ is seeking a Training Program Coordinator for Residential Programs. This role will lead training and development initiatives by coordinating, delivering, and/or supporting various training and development interventions dedicated to the development of Residential Services Division staff, as well as ensuring compliance with in-service and advanced training standards and regulations. This position is critical in the Agency’s ability to comply with legal and regulatory requirements and to hire, develop, and retain a highly proficient workforce.
