Oklahoma City Indian Clinic (OKCIC) is a non-profit corporation that provides culturally sensitive health care to the American Indian population. OKCIC services include not only basic medical care but also dental, optometry, behavioral health, fitness, nutrition, and other family programs. Oklahoma City Indian Clinic is currently seeking a Training Program Administrator to join our team! In this role, the Training Program Administrator will support clinic-wide workforce development by developing, coordinating, delivering, and evaluating effective training programs aligned with Joint Commission standards and OKCIC core values, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include assessing training needs, developing instructional materials and e-learning programs, facilitating classroom and virtual training, coordinating training schedules and attendance, maintaining competency and training records, and evaluating training outcomes. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and an effective communicator with a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and learning management systems.
