About The Position

This position is central to the missionaries' role to 'Invite others to come unto Christ by helping them receive the restored gospel through faith in Jesus Christ and His Atonement, repentance, baptism, receiving the gift of the Holy Ghost, and enduring to the end.' The incumbent will assist the regional manager in administrative and training functions for 200-400 mentors and supervise the area’s training assistants. This person will also work closely with the division's managers, mentor trainers, and mentors to assist in the effort of ensuring the proper training of missionaries and mentors. The ability to read, write, and communicate in both English and Spanish is required for this role.
