About The Position

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Sales Training Manager. The Sales Trainer will be responsible for conducting sales training sessions, developing training materials, enhancing communication skills, delivering exceptional customer service, and improving overall sales performance. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Sales Training Manager to develop and deliver impactful training programs for our call center agents selling health insurance products. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance, improving sales performance, and delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Related field or equivalent experience
  • 6-8 years in sales training in a call center environment or related experience
  • In-depth knowledge of Health and/or Life products preferred
  • Strong understanding of call center operations and sales KPIs
  • Excellent facilitation, communication, and coaching skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, compliance-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Health insurance license (or ability to obtain) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead training sessions for new and existing call center agents on ACA, private health insurance plans and Life Insurance
  • Ensure agents understand CMS regulations, plan benefits, eligibility requirements, and enrollment processes
  • Facilitate onboarding, role-playing, and live call coaching to reinforce sales techniques and compliance
  • Monitor agent performance post-training and provide ongoing coaching and support
  • Collaborate with compliance, product, and sales teams to keep training materials current and accurate
  • Design training content including manuals, presentations, and LMS modules
  • Maintain knowledge of health insurance trends, regulatory updates, and call center best practices
