We are seeking a Training Manager to lead and elevate our organization-wide training strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about workforce development, compliance, and creating meaningful learning experiences that directly impact client care.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in training, learning & development, or program management
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with e-learning and LMS platforms (Trainual preferred)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of CARF standards and Medicaid requirements is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement engaging training programs across clinical, operational, and administrative teams
  • Develop training materials including manuals, e-learning modules, and job aids
  • Facilitate dynamic in-person and virtual trainings
  • Identify training needs and performance gaps across the organization
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
  • Support staff competency and professional development at all levels
  • Ensure all training aligns with CARF, Ohio Medicaid, and regulatory standards
  • Maintain audit-ready training records and documentation
  • Partner with Compliance and Quality teams to support accreditation success
  • Manage training schedules, tracking, and completion requirements
  • Oversee training systems and tools (including LMS platforms like Trainual)
  • Research and implement innovative training methods
  • Work closely with leadership, HR, and operations to align training with organizational goals
  • Serve as a go-to resource for training and development across the organization
