About The Position

We are seeking a Training Instructor to provide OSHA, safety, HazMat, and confined-space training to customers across a variety of industries. This position requires strong communication and presentation skills, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining high safety standards.

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.
Strong public speaking and communication skills.
Good organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Ability to learn new software and systems.
Ability to pass a company physical and DOT physical.
Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
Ability to wear required PPE, including respirators, hard hats, safety glasses, and safety footwear.
Ability and willingness to travel 80–100%, including overnight stays.
Availability to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

Minimum 3 years of relevant industry experience preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.

Responsibilities

Conduct OSHA, safety, HazMat, confined-space, and other customer training programs.
Deliver professional and engaging classroom instruction.
Stay current on OSHA regulations and industry safety requirements.
Coordinate training schedules and communicate with customer contacts.
Set up, maintain, and secure training equipment and materials.
Complete required equipment and trailer inventories and documentation.
Maintain clean, organized training areas.
Follow all company SOPs, safety policies, and customer requirements.
Communicate customer or operational concerns to the Operations Manager.
Perform other duties as assigned.
