About The Position
This Position is Subject to Contract Award. OBXtek is currently seeking a Training Director - II to direct the range's training program development and delivery.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years in cyber range or computer test bed environments
- minimum of 5 years supervising experience
- Minimum of 2 years conducting Army and Joint Cyber Training
- Collaborating with leadership and SMEs to identify training needs and create effective training objectives
- Working knowledge of OT/IT technologies, cellular systems, networking, and IT management/implementation for training scenarios
- Meet DoD 8570.01-M IAT II requirements. (IAT II - Security+ CE, CySA+, PenTest+, CCNA, CCNA Security, GSEC, SSCP, or CND)
- Top Secret/SCI (active and current) Security Clearance
- Top Secret with SCI eligibility Security Clearance
Responsibilities
- Supervises training staff
- Collaborates with leadership and SMEs to identify needs and build objectives
- Conducts Army and Joint cyber training
- Applies OT/IT, cellular, and networking knowledge to build realistic training scenarios
