This role goes beyond coordination — it requires applying professional judgment to assess training needs, recommend solutions, and ensure programs meet compliance and business objectives. The Training Specialist partners with leaders, subject matter experts, and HR to strengthen the learning culture, optimize use of the Learning Management System (LMS), and provide analysis and insights that guide decision-making.
