Reporting to the Training & Development Manager, this role develops learning solutions that enhance onboarding, technical capability, customer service, and operational consistency across in‑person, virtual, and on‑demand platforms. Through needs assessments and close collaboration with leaders and subject matter experts, the specialist helps standardize processes, elevate performance, and support the organization’s overall learning and development strategy.
