Requirements

  • Data analysis skills.
  • Ability to design and develop training content and the ability to facilitate and deliver the content.
  • Intermediate to expert proficiency with systems, applications (MS Office.)
  • Ability to speak to employees within assigned areas or groups and ability to speak to employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Capable of organizing and delivering meeting and training events.
  • Written communication skills regarding email, SOPs and work instructions.
  • FS Organization Development.
  • 2 years delivering operational training.
  • 2 years in industry experience.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish both verbal and written

Nice To Haves

  • BS Organization Development, BA Logistics or Supply Chain Management.
  • 4-6 years delivering operational training.
  • 2-4 years in industry experience.

Responsibilities

  • Outline training process for assigned areas or functions, including needs analysis, design approach, material development, training effectiveness assessment and competency anchoring managed in support of team goals.
  • Training administration, including planning, organizing and record keeping, goals within the framework of skill base and the Learning Management system (LMS) for assigned areas or functions.
  • Conduct training classes and develop measurement tools to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs within assigned area or function.
  • Confer with management and conduct surveys to identify training needs based on projected production processes, changes and other factors within assigned area or function.
  • Write, maintain, support and run a variety of training and development reports and queries, while ensuring data integrity within area of assignment.
