Under general supervision from the Assistant Director in the Community Regulatory Agency (CRA), this role is responsible for analyzing training needs, developing curriculum, and delivering courses related to monitoring gaming regulatory standards at casinos. The coordinator will manage and schedule gaming training for Operations staff and other designated personnel. This position involves facilitating individual and group training sessions in compliance with gaming regulatory standards, including SRPMIC Chapter 15.5, Compact appendices, NIGC regulations, and other relevant compliance standards. A key responsibility is documenting and maintaining training files and records according to the compact. This job class is treated as FLSA Non-Exempt.
