About The Position

HSL Asset Management, LLC is looking for an energetic, organized, and people-focused Training & Development Assistant to join our team! This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others learn, staying organized, and supporting employee growth and development.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and automobile insurance.

Nice To Haves

• Administrative, customer service, training, or property management experience preferred.
• Property management experience and knowledge of Yardi, RentCafe, ILM, or YieldStar is a plus.
• Bilingual Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating in-person and virtual training sessions.
• Schedule trainings, send calendar invites, and track attendance and completion.
• Prepare training materials, presentations, handouts, and supplies.
• Support New Hire Orientation and other employee training programs.
• Maintain accurate training records, checklists, and employee learning documentation.
• Assist employees with basic training questions and learning resources.
• Coordinate training room setup, supplies, catering, and other training needs.
• Support the Training & Development team with special projects and company initiatives.
• Occasionally travel to HSL communities to assist with onsite training.
