Requirements

High School Diploma required; post-secondary education is a plus.
2+ years’ experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Experience with scheduling, training systems, or technical applications.
Strong organization, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Flexible, team-oriented, and able to work occasional evenings/weekends.
Valid passport and ability to travel; aviation experience is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Review training content as an independent, impartial reviewer.
Coordinate and schedule training sessions.
Update and edit training materials as requested by the Training & D&A Supervisor.
Plan Spring and Fall maintenance personnel training.
Coordinate crewing and training rotations to support hands-on mentoring in daily tasks, logbooks, and standards.
Lead and develop training events in collaboration with internal teams and external providers, ensuring consistent skill development.
Assist in developing aircraft-specific courses.
Maintain training programs.
Support the Coulson Drug & Alcohol Program (DAMP), including maintaining DER status throughout employment.
