Evaluates and designs training rosters for the SSLC. Monitors and documents the actions and behaviors of class participants to ensure compliance with SSLC policies and Facility Competency Training & Development (FCTD) guidelines. Facilitates workshops and meetings and maintains responsibility for the readiness, organization, and functionality of all CTD training rooms, equipment, and instructional materials. Serves as the FCTD curriculum coordinator and subject matter expert (SME) to ensure curriculum is updated as policies change and reflects current versions of the Texas Administrative Code, SSLC policies, and Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) standards. Works under limited supervision from the CTD Director, with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment. This position may be required to drive a state-owned vehicle.
