Training Coordinator - (Manufacturing)

About The Position
The Training Coordinator develops training processes and procedures for the bakery and streamlines training for new hires. The role also includes maintaining and organizing training files. Approximately 80% of the time is spent on the production floor, and the coordinator must learn all positions in the facility’s production area. The position reports directly to the Production Supervisor.
Requirements
- Attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to perform all production roles, including standing, pushing, pulling, lifting up to 50 pounds, and stacking boxes up to 7 feet.
Responsibilities
- Develop training processes and procedures for the bakery.
- Streamline the training process for new hires.
- Maintain and organize training files.
- Learn all positions in the production area of the facility.
