About The Position

This full-time role is essential in enhancing employee competencies by designing and conducting training programs that improve workplace performance while aligning with the company’s core values. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for conducting training needs assessments, developing and delivering curriculum and learning materials, and managing all phases of training initiatives and interventions.

Requirements

  • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods, tools, and techniques

  • Ability to present and layout complex information to a variety of audiences
  • Proficiency in MS Office and in database software
  • Ability to multi-task, be detailed oriented and have a sense of urgency

Responsibilities

  • Assist with delivering company training programs, workshops, orientation sessions, and onboarding activities for internal employees and new hires.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through performance results and attendee feedback while staying current on trends, tools, and best practices in employee development.
  • Contribute to the design and enhancement of training programs while creating training aids, PowerPoint presentations, handouts, manuals, and teaching plans.
  • Manage and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) while supporting annual training program coordination and scheduling.
  • Acclimate new hires to the business and monitor training progress during the first 90 days to ensure a successful transition.
  • Develop and facilitate team-building exercises that promote collaboration and employee engagement.
  • Complete other duties, tasks, and special projects as assigned.
