About The Position

The Training Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of all National Training Standards (NTS) certifications, Employee Investigator training, Investigative Technician certification, and Mentoring for ADC LTD NM. This role involves tracking required training and ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The position requires scheduling various field training methods with employee and remote investigators, ensuring trainers have necessary forms, and updating trainee profiles to reflect training progress. Additionally, the coordinator must maintain organized department documents, keeping training policies and guidance up-to-date and accurate for all personnel. Regular communication with personnel through multiple methods is essential, along with occasional attendance at planning and implementation meetings.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience with database use and management.
  • Experience with general administrative tools – telephones, copier, scanner, and fax.
  • Extensive computer skills with proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, in particular).
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, including possessing interpersonal skills, dealing with different personalities and maintaining a professional appearance.
  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Ability to stay organized with attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle personally identifiable, sensitive and confidential information.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of personnel security, compliance and government contracts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Competency in the use of the English language.
  • Ability to effectively and professionally communicate over the telephone, by email and by messaging.
  • Strong customer service/interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to work as a team and be independently motivated.
  • Possess prior demonstrated experience in the field of training and/or learning management.
  • Possess very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Top Secret Clearance or ability to obtain a security clearance.
  • Have a minimum of an Interim Secret clearance if undergoing Top Secret investigation.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures NTS scheduling, Employee Investigator, Investigative Technician, and DHS Mentoring sessions are being processed within appropriate time frames designated by Training management.
  • Assist in audits of training and training profiles to ensure ADC is meeting all requirements mandated in the statements of work for the contracts held by ADC.
  • Maintains and ensures training records are up-to-date.
  • Ensures accuracy of training information through the ADC Academy and query.
  • Achieves set objectives by Training management.
  • Obtain a working knowledge of ADC training requirements, content and field training/mentoring processes.
  • Prioritize work tasks according to the level of sensitivity.
  • Perform all other duties, as assigned.
