About The Position

SERVPRO of Richmond, Chesterfield, Henrico, and Tri-Cities is seeking an experienced, motivated, reliable, and personable Training Coordinator to join its team in Midlothian, Virginia. The role supports the growth and development of the franchise team by onboarding and training employees and ensuring that work is completed according to SERVPRO franchise procedures and processes. The ideal candidate has strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills and enjoys helping employees learn and develop new skills.

Requirements

At least one year of business experience; training or onboarding experience is preferred.
Knowledge of current business software technologies.
Excellent customer service, administrative, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
A background check will be conducted before the hire date.

Responsibilities

Administer new-hire paperwork and communicate with new hires throughout the process to support quality onboarding.
Onboard and train new hires by following SERVPRO standard processes.
Assign assets to new hires and track them in the HRIS system.
Conduct training in accordance with SERVPRO standard processes.
Support coordination of on-site training for employees.
Renew employee training on a consistent basis.
Set up, protect, and track technology.
Facilitate continuing education training and classes.
