Training Coordinator - EVCC - Westville

Emergency Veterinary Care CenterWestville, IN
Onsite

About The Position

At Emergency Veterinary Care Centers (EVCC), we show up for pets and the people who love them on some of their hardest days. This role is for a Training Coordinator at our Westville location. We are looking for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, believes teamwork saves lives, and wants to work somewhere their voice truly matters. EVCC was created by veterinarians, for veterinarians — and for the communities they serve. Our Westville hospital is our first location, and we are proud to bring trusted, emergency-only care to the region. We lead with compassion, respect and elevate our team members, support each other without ego, communicate openly and professionally, and recognize that emergency medicine is demanding and take care of our team because of it. Emergency medicine is intense, emotional, and unpredictable, but also deeply meaningful. As a Training Coordinator, you will have a meaningful job helping others grow, leading with curiosity, coaching with compassion, and obsessing over development. You will shape training programs, support career growth, and help build a culture where every team member can succeed. Growth is encouraged, not gatekept. Your work helps make EVCC a place where people learn, lead and love what they do.
