We are seeking a Training Coordinator to support operations by designing, implementing, and managing training and onboarding programs across the facility. This role partners closely with department leaders to understand business needs and develop effective training protocols, which may require time to fully learn processes and workflows. Key responsibilities include developing and administering new‑hire onboarding, tracking compliance‑based training through systems , and collaborating with Engineering to support readiness sign‑offs for independent work. This role offers the opportunity to work in a clean, organized aerospace refurbishing environment while making a direct impact on workforce readiness and operational efficiency. The Training Coordinator will help shorten training timelines, particularly for machinists, while maintaining high safety, quality, and compliance standards. This is a contract‑to‑hire position providing hands‑on experience, high visibility across the site, and potential for long‑term career growth. The Training Coordinator designs, implements, and maintains effective training and onboarding programs across all departments.
